This document is a translation of User Agreement for browser extension "Unchained" in English. In case of conflict between the Russian version of User Agreement for browser extension "Unchained" and this translation - only the Russian version of User Agreement for browser extension "Unchained" is legally binding. 1. License

1.1. This License Agreement (hereinafter - License) establishes the conditions for usage of browser extension "Unchained" (hereinafter - Extension) and entered into between you (hereinafter - User), and Dimini Inc., the owner of an exclusive right to the Extension (hereinafter - Holder).

1.2. Copying the Extension and installing it on your PC, or using it in any other way, User expresses its full and unconditional agreement to the terms of this License.

1.3. Using the Extension is permitted only under the terms of this License. If the User does not accept the License terms in full, User must not use the Extension for any purposes. Using Software in violation (failure) of any of the conditions of this License is prohibited.

1.4. Using the Extension under this License is free of charge. Using the Extension on terms and in ways not provided for by this License is only possible on the basis of a separate agreement with the Holder.

2. The rights to the Extension

2.1. The exclusive right to the Extension belongs Holder.

3. User rights

3.1. The Holder grants the User a non-transferable right to use the Extension under a simple (non-exclusive) license in the following ways:

3.1.1. Apply the Extension for its intended purpose, for which it is copied and installed (reproduced) on the User's personal computer (s). The User has the right to install the Extension on an unlimited number of personal computers.

3.1.2. Reproduce and distribute the Extension for non-commercial purposes (free of charge).

4. Limitations

4.1. Except for use in ways that directly provided by this License or the Russian legislation in force at the time of issue of License, User may not create derivative software products using the Extension, as well as to carry out (authorize) other use of the Extension or any components of the Extension, without written permission.

4.2. User has no right to reproduce and distribute the Extension for commercial purposes (including fee), including the collections of software, without the written consent of the Holder.

4.3. User may not change the name of the Extension, modify and/or delete the copyright notice or other indication to the Holder.

5. Responsibility for the Licences

5.1. The Extension is provided "as is". Holder makes no warranties with regard to error-free and smooth operation of Extension, correspondence to the specific objectives of the User, and makes no other warranties not expressly set forth in this License.

5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Holder, as well as its partners are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of any use or inability to use the Extension and/or damages caused by the User and/or third parties as a result of any use, failure or inability to use the Extension or its individual components and/or functions, including due to possible errors or failures in the Extension.

5.3. This License and all relations associated with the use of the Extension are governed by Russian law.

5.4 The User hereby notified and agrees, that when using the Holder receive in automatic mode the following information: version, usage statistics functions of the Extension, as well as other technical information.

6. Language of the License

6.1 In case Dimini Inc. has provided you with a translation of the Russian language version of the License, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the Russian language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with Dimini Inc.

6.2 If there is any contradiction between what the Russian language version of the License says and what a translation says, then the Russian language version shall take precedence.

7. Updates/new versions of Extension

7.1. This License applies to all future updates/new versions of the Extension. By agreeing to install the update/new version of the Extension, the User accepts the terms of this License to the appropriate updates/new versions of the Extension.

8. Changes in the conditions of this License

8.1. This License is subject to change by Dimini Inc. without any special notice, the new version of the License comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet at https://legacy.dimini.dev/en/software/unchained/terms-and-privacy, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the License.

1. Privacy policy

1.1. The Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Policy) applies to any and all information about the User that Dimini Inc. or its affiliates, including all persons belonging to the same group with Dimini Inc. (hereinafter – Dimini), may obtain in the course of the User’s use of browser extension "Unchained" (hereinafter – Extension) and during the performance of any agreements and contracts with the User. The User’s agreement with this Policy within the framework of relations with any of the persons listed above shall apply to all persons listed above.

1.2. By using the Extension the User expresses his/her unconditional agreement with this Policy and the conditions of processing the user’s personal information contained herein; if the User does not agree with these conditions, the User should not use the Extension.

2. User Personal Information Processed by Dimini

2.1. According to this Policy, “User personal information” means the following:

2.1.1. Personal information provided by the User in the course of using the Extension, including the User’s personal details.

2.1.2. Data automatically transferred by the software installed on the User’s device to the Dimini in the course of Extension usage.

2.1.3. Other information about the User required to be processed according to the terms and conditions governing the use of Extension.

3. Purpose and conditions of Processing User Personal Information

3.1. All data necessary for the operation of the Extension is stored only locally on the user's computer. Dimini does not collect or store Users personal information.

4. User Personal Information Protection Measures

Dimini shall take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect User personal information from unlawful or accidental access, deletion, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from unlawful actions of third parties.

5. Amendments to the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law

5.1. Dimini has the right to amend this Privacy Policy. After an amendment is made, the latest revision date shall be specified in the updated version. The new version of the Policy shall become effective upon its publication, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Policy. The current version shall be available at https://legacy.dimini.dev/en/terms-and-privacy.

5.2. This Policy and relations between the User and Dimini arising out of the Policy shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

6.1. Any questions or suggestions regarding this Policy may be addressed by the User to the Dimini User Support ([email protected]).
